ORE & ASH LLC RETURN POLICY

Exchanges or refunds may be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase in accordance with this policy and as outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be stain free, unused, unworn, with original tags attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for the following items:

Intimate Apparel (Items worn directly against the skin, to include hats, caps and other head-wear)

Sale Items
Customized Items
Items with obvious signs of use or wear
Any Item not in its original condition
Any item with detached original tags
Any item not returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase

RETURN PROCESS

To complete your return, we require the original receipt or verifiable proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (If Applicable)

We value you as a customer and will readily replace or refund manufacturer defective or damaged products purchased from Ore & Ash LLC.  To request a refund, send an email to refunds@oreandash.com describing the damage and/or defect. Upon receipt of your request, your original purchase will be verified, and if applicable a refund authorization will be sent to your email address of record.  Upon receipt of your refund authorization, please mail items to:

Please note: Your purchase must be stain free, unused or worn, with original receipt, and original tags attached. You are strongly encouraged to mail the item(s) in a manner that can be tracked.

If your request was approved, you will be emailed a return “received” acknowledgement when your item is received at Ore & Ash for return. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of our receipt and confirmation of your return. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (If Applicable)

If you were notified that your refund request was approved and you haven’t received your refund within 30 days, please contact your credit/debit card company or processing institution to determine their processing time-frame.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We value you as a customer and will readily replace manufacturer defective or damaged products purchased from Ore & Ash.  Exchanges will be for the same item, same style, same price, same color and size category. To exchange your purchase, send an email to info@oreandash.com describing the damage and/or defect. Upon receipt of your request, your original purchase will be verified, and if applicable an exchange authorization will be sent to your email address of record.  Upon receipt of your exchange authorization please send the defective or damaged product to:

Shipping

We do not offer free return shipping at this time. Original shipping costs (If Applicable) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
